Currently serving as the Corporate Head of ESG and EHS at BizLink Group, where Jess leverages over two decades of global technology leadership to spearhead sustainable corporate strategy. Throughout the career, Jess has operated at the intersection of business development, ecosystem expansion, and international business across Asia, Americas and Europe.

Prior to joining BizLink, Jess spent six years at Amazon leading the Alexa Solution Partner Program, where he drove strategic alignment, growth strategy, and go-to-market execution for Alexa Voice Service with solution partners. A heavyweight in commercial growth, Jess’ previous executive roles include serving as VP of Sales at Unipixel Displays, Director at Amtel Semiconductor and VP of Strategic Accounts at Young Fast Optoelectronics.

Jess began his career pioneering mobile innovation, managing complex and award-winning product and tier-one carrier accounts for tech giants BenQ-Siemens, Sony Ericsson, and Ericsson. Blending a powerhouse background in hardware ecosystem strategy and multi-million-dollar revenue generation, Jess now focuses on embedding robust sustainability and governance frameworks into the modern high-tech ecosystem.
