英語文說寫能力快篩系統(TEEMI)平台是可進行英語口說和寫作之平台，具有立即自動回饋功能與評分的機制，免費開放大專校院學生使用。
特色如下：
◆ 設備友善：TEEMI 使用線上系統作答並無限定地點，可以使用桌機、筆電、平板、手機作答。
◆ 題庫：系統陸續上架多種題型及題目，使用者可反覆、無限次數練習，每題作答完都會有立即的等級回饋與分項描述。
◆ 口說作答：需在安靜且無噪音的空間作答並需開啟設備麥克風權限。
◆ 寫作作答：除立即自動回饋外，提供文法修正建議。
